For guests/tenants of SA/HMO we operate (Residences):

- Incident/maintenance reports related to a stay

- Payment details are processed by third-party providers/booking platforms; we do not store card data

Children: We do not knowingly collect dat from children under 18.

- General enquiries/leads: up to 24 months from last contact

- Contracts/management records, statements, and compliance docs: 6 years after the relationship ends (or longer if law requires)

- Guest/booking records: 12 months after stay, unless required longer for legal, tax or insurance purposes
