These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by Remarja Property Deals (Janice Davids T/A Remarja). By purchasing from us, joining our programs, or accessing our content, you agree to the following terms.

• “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to Remarja Property Deals.
• “You” refers to the customer, client, or participant.

2. Products & Services

Our offers include but are not limited to:

• Property sourcing and consultancy services
• Digital products (courses, eBooks, templates, guides, workbook etc.)
• Online courses and masterclasses (live and pre-recorded)
• WhatsApp or other community support groups
• Group coaching and mentoring programs
• One-to-one coaching sessions
• In-person workshops, training, or property visits
• In-person workshops, events, or training sessions

We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue products/services at our discretion.

3. Payments

• All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.
• By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate billing details and authorise us (and our payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal) to process payment.
• Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or removal of access to products/services.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• All sales are final. Due to the nature of instant digital access, refunds are not provided once a purchase is completed and delivered.
• For recurring memberships, you may cancel future payments by contacting us. Access will continue until the end of the current paid period.
• Optional upgrades (such as workshops, 1:1 calls, or live event tickets) are also non-refundable.

• Coaching calls, live workshops, or in-person events will be delivered as scheduled.

7. Coaching & Mentorship Disclaimer

• Coaching, training, and mentoring are for educational and informational purposes only.
• We do not guarantee specific results (such as property deals closed, income earned, or investment returns). Success depends on your effort, actions, and circumstances.
• We are not financial advisors, solicitors, or tax professionals - any financial, legal, or tax decisions remain your responsibility.

8. Liability

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations (e.g., property sourcing compliance, AML requirements, or financial regulations).

3. Viewing Service - Addendum

• Booking & payment: Payment is required to secure a slot (Zone A £39 • Zone B £59 • Zone C £75 • Zone D quoted).
• Deliverables: 10–15 min walkthrough video, 20+ photos, agent Q&A (vendor, offers/price, chain, timescales, access), and a go/no-go summary with a simple cashflow snapshot.
• Timing: Typical delivery 24–48 hours after the viewing (agent access, upload speeds, and travel may affect timing).
• Scope: Observational media only; not a survey, valuation, EPC or professional advice. We do not test systems or enter unsafe spaces.
• Media ownership/licence: Files remain our property until paid in full. After payment, you may use them for your internal investment decisions and communications with your team/financier. Public posting/resale requires permission. We retain media for 30 days after delivery.
• Safety & access: Daylight hours only; no unsafe lofts/cellars/roofs without safe access.
• Liability cap: Limited to the fee paid for the relevant booking.
• Precedence: If anything in the main Terms conflicts with this Addendum, this Addendum applies to viewing bookings.

4. Privacy

We respect your privacy. All customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our products/services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
