This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital products, courses, memberships, workshops, and services offered by Remarja Property Deals (Janice Davids T/A Remarja).

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of instant digital access, refunds are not provided once a product, course, or membership has been purchased and delivered.

This applies to (but is not limited to):

• Online courses (live or pre-recorded)
• Digital downloads (eBooks, workbooks, templates, etc.)
• Group coaching programs
• Live workshops or masterclasses (online or in person)
• 1:1 coaching or mentorship sessions

If you experience issues accessing materials, email info@remarjaproperty.co.uk and we will assist you promptly.

Cancellations

• One-time payment digital products: cancellations do not apply once access is granted.
• Recurring memberships: you may cancel future payments at any time. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Upgrades & Live Events

• Optional upgrades (workshops, 1:1 calls, live event tickets) are non-refundable.
• If you cannot attend a live event, notify us. At our discretion, we may transfer your ticket to a future event or provide alternative access.

Consumer Rights

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Viewing Service - Addendum

Refund guarantee: If we fail to deliver the Deliverables checklist above due to our error, we refund the viewing fee (and any Teaser add-on fee).

Reschedule: If the agent cancels/no access, your booking moves to a new slot at no extra charge.

Client cancellations:

• >12 hours before the slot - full refund.
• ≤12 hours - £15 admin retained, balance refunded.
• Zone D quotes: Confirmed in writing before payment so there are no surprises.
• Refund method: Returned to the original payment method.
